About the Event
Do you feel like emotions are holding you back? Emotions such as fear, stress, anxiety, anger, guilt, and grief can remain trapped in the body and nervous system even after therapy, coaching, and healing sessions. Trapped emotions can lead to self-doubt, self-sabotage, depression, PTSD, physical pain, chronic fatigue, or you find yourself easily triggered.
In this powerful workshop, we're going to come together and release suppressed emotions and activate the body's natural ability to heal itself on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level.
If you're ready to face your subconscious shadow in a safe, nurturing environment then this workshop is for you.
You'll need to be in a quiet, safe environment where you can be alone because we're going to get LOUD.
I suggest taking this workshop in your car if you can't be alone in your home. Other places that have worked for me in the past out in nature, the closet, or the garage.
You will need:
A pillow (optional)
Journal and Pen
Smudge to clear your space (something to burn, oils, or sprays)
Emotional Release Excercise
